Returns

Within the US we have a 30 day return policy on all of our non-custom products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging.

We are proud of the quality of craftsmanship and materials that goes into every one of our unique bags and accessories so we provide a full lifetime guarantee on all of our products. If at any point your product has been damaged due to flaws in craftsmanship or materials, we will repair or fully replace it.
